Replacement and refund policy Printweb prides itself on reputed personalized products having more than 2 decades of experience servicing customers. Customers appreciate that our products are of a personalized nature and once made, they cannot be used by anyone else. Hence Printweb accepts Replacements and Refunds if they meet the following criterion.
Printweb values its customer experiences very seriously and should there be a manufacturing defect, transit damage, or any other shortcoming from our side, every effort will be made to meet the shortcoming by means of either Refund or Replacement. Please note that a package opening video is required to claim a refund.
A customer requesting Replacement/Refund will send the request by email to: printweb967@gmail.com along with your Order number Within 4 days of delivery. We will see the video and send you a confirmation mail and after confirmation, it will be replaced within 5-7 days. If you demand a refund, your amount will be returned within 5-7 working days to the original payment method. In case you have ordered through COD our customer service team will contact you for a refund.
