Shippment Policy

Printweb understands that a gift and more so when it is personalized has a lot of value when shipped on time. As a matter of Policy Printweb processes orders amongst the fastest in the industry and uses only the best courier companies available. Further, Printweb makes every effort to get approval on the design from the customer before sending the same for production. After confirmation from the customer, the product will be shipped within 1-2 working days. The tracking ID of the shipments sent is shared with the customers so that they may track and follow up with the courier companies directly. In case of delay by the courier company, every assistance is afforded to the customer however the legal responsibility of Printweb would be deemed to have been fulfilled after sending the shipment.
